A Heartfelt Launch for Olive Turkish Restaurant

In early July 2025, the Fraser Coast community came together to celebrate the grand opening of Olive Turkish Restaurant. With generous servings of flavour, live belly dancing and a visit from the Mayor a few days prior to record a video, it was a night full of joy, culture and connection.

Sol Struck Studio was proud to support Olive throughout the process. From brand identity and signage to website design, social media setup and a launch video that reached over 17,000 organic views in less than a week, the results speak for themselves. The opening night was fully booked, and the buzz hasn’t stopped since.

One of the highlights of the lead up to the launch was a visit from the Mayor, who arrived in style wearing a tie with Mustafa Kemal Atatürk signature on it. It was a small gesture that reflected the cultural awarness of the Mayor and how he extended an olive branch to the people who just invested in the region.

This launch reminded us of the power of local connection, good design and honest storytelling. Congratulations to Olive Turkish Restaurant on an incredible start. We're looking forward to sharing more of their success soon.
